Service Description
Join our 60-minutes small-group sound journey designed to help you pause, rest and reconnect with yourself. Each scheduled session welcomes up to 8 participants and combines guided relaxation and breath works with an immersive sound experience focusing on Himalayan singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. Come on your own or with someone you know — no previous experience is needed. What to expect You will be lying down, fully supported, for the full session. Brief breathwork at the opening helps your system begin to settle before the sound arrives. There is nothing to do and no particular state you need to reach. Some people relax deeply. Some notice emotion move through. Some simply feel something loosen that has been held for a long time. All of this is welcome. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing. For public group sessions, you can: - Book up to 2 hours in advance - Cancel up to 1 hour in advance. Session credit will be used and not refunded if class is not cancelled at least 1 hour before start time.
