Sessions

• More than 48 hours’ notice → Reschedule or full credit

• 24–48 hours’ notice → 50% credit

• Less than 24 hours / no-show → No refund or credit

Packages

• Valid within the stated period

• Non-refundable once any session has been used

We understand that life happens.
Flexibility may be offered in genuine cases (e.g. medical situations), at our discretion.
