Service Description

Fluid, responsive to exactly what you need for the day. Assessment at the start guides all instrument choices and pacing. No predetermined direction. Each session different because each day is different. Includes: 3x HRV reading (1x before and 2x after session) · Personalised sound therapy session (at least 60 mins) · Post-session debrief & report. First session may take up to 2 hours to fully understand you and provide a proper debrief. Validity: 12 months from purchase
