Service Description
Fluid, responsive to exactly what you need for the day. Assessment at the start guides all instrument choices and pacing. No predetermined direction. Each session different because each day is different. Includes: 3x HRV reading (1x before and 2x after session) · Personalised sound therapy session (at least 60 mins) · Post-session debrief & report. First session may take up to 2 hours to fully understand you and provide a proper debrief. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing. Cancellation Policy
For private sessions, you can: - Book up to 72 hours in advance - Cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Session credit will be used and not refunded if appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours before start time.
